We want your LovedPack order to arrive as beautifully as it left us. Here’s what to expect once your order is placed.

LovedPack currently ships within the United States.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $50.

Shipping charges for orders below $50 are calculated at checkout.

Current orders are scheduled to begin shipping in September 2026.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you have not received a shipping update within three business days of the expected shipment of your order, contact us at hello@lovedpack.com.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to activate and update the tracking information after your shipment has been processed.

LovedPack does not currently offer international shipping.

We’re focused on serving customers within the United States for now, with international shipping planned for the future.
