What is The Ritual Shampoo and Conditioner?
The Ritual is our signature two-step grooming ritual: a plant-powered shampoo that gently cleanses, followed by a nourishing conditioner that hydrates and softens your pup’s coat. Together, they make bath time a spa experience.
Can I use the shampoo and conditioner on all breeds and ages?
Yes! Our formulas are pH-balanced for dogs and free from sulfates, parabens, soaps, and harsh surfactants—safe for all breeds, coat types, and life stages (puppies included).
Is the formula vegan and cruelty-free?
100%. We never test on animals and never use animal-derived ingredients. Just clean, plant-based, pet-safe goodness.
Does it have fragrance?
Yes, but lightly. We use a soft, pet-safe fragrance designed to leave your pup smelling clean without overpowering. We’ve formulated it with sensitivity in mind.
How do I use Shampoo and Conditioner?
- Brush your pup first to remove tangles and loose fur
- Wet the coat with warm water
- Massage in shampoo (avoid eyes and ears)
- Rinse, then apply conditioner
- Rinse again and towel dry for those post-bath snuggles

Where are your products made?
Our formulas are developed and manufactured in Taiwan, where science meets care. We partner with a GMP-certified facility led mostly by women, known for its 47 years of experience in skincare and wellness product development.
We personally visited to ensure that every aspect—from sourcing to working conditions—meets our standards for safety, ethics, and love.
Though many brands don’t share this part, we believe in transparency: making our products in Taiwan allows us to deliver high-quality, human-grade grooming formulas with the same rigorous manufacturing standards found in the U.S. and Europe.
Why does LovedPack manufacture in Taiwan?
Because creating something exceptional starts with choosing partners who care as much as we do.
After searching globally — from the U.S. to beyond — we found a lab in Taiwan that didn’t just meet our standards, but helped us surpass them. Taiwan is a global leader in personal care manufacturing, following rigorous GMP and ISO 22716 standards that align with the U.S. and Europe.
The facility we chose develops skincare for both luxury and everyday brands — and now, for dogs. It’s led mostly by women, prioritizes clean ingredients, ethical working conditions, and a science-first mindset.
We personally visited the lab to ensure every bottle is made with integrity, safety, and love.
At LovedPack, we believe pets deserve the same level of care we expect for ourselves. That’s why our formulas aren’t just pet-safe — they’re human-grade, made by people who care deeply about every detail — and every dog.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use recyclable and biodegradable materials whenever possible, and we’re always working to reduce our environmental impact. It’s grooming that cares—for dogs and the planet.
Are your products ethically made?
Absolutely. From sourcing clean ingredients to partnering with responsible manufacturers, every step is done with intention, fairness, and love.
What does “Every Bottle = One Shelter Dog Wash” mean?
It means that for every product sold, we donate the equivalent of one premium dog wash.
Either through full-size donations to shelters or through grooming kits for new adopters.
Sometimes we even show up and do the washing ourselves.
It’s not about numbers. It’s about dignity.
Every bottle means care for a dog that’s still waiting for home.
At LovedPack, we stand by our promise of heart-led grooming. That means we put care and intention into every order—but because our products are for hygiene and personal use, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $39.99. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can use that link to follow your package’s journey right to your door. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, feel free to Contact Us we’re happy to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it! If you’re outside the U.S. and want our products, email us at hello@lovedpack.com and we’ll notify you when we expand.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We totally get it — sometimes things change! If you need to update or cancel your order, just Contact Us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make it happen. Once it’s on its way, though, we’re not able to make changes.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! Send a photo and your order number to Support@lovedpack.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
INGREDIENTS & SAFETY
Are your ingredients safe for dogs?
Yes. Every ingredient is carefully selected for safety and effectiveness. We avoid harsh chemicals and use coconut-based cleansers, botanical extracts, and pet-safe actives.
Is it okay if my dog licks the product?
Yes, it’s non-toxic, but still meant for external use only. We always recommend avoiding the face, eyes, and mouth during bath time.
